Richard Wardle – Chairman

Managing Director of transfer technology companies initially specialising in research emanating from the Former Soviet Union. Offices are based at Chichester West Sussex, London and Moscow. These activities have been expanded to assist the commercialisation of research undertaken by UK universities. Funding is raised on a global basis.

 Dr Graham Cooley - CEO

Before joining Sensortec and Universal Sensors Graham was the founding CEO of Metalysis Ltd a spin out of Cambridge University and the founding CEO of Antenova Ltd. Graham spent 11 years in the power industry developing superconductors, conducting polymers, fuel cells, batteries and energy storage technologies. He was Business Development Manager for National Power PLC and International Power PLC and developed Regenesys which was acquired by RWE from Innogy.

Graham specialises in setting up companies, managing intellectual property and technology development. He has a Degree in Physics, PhD in Materials Technology and an MBA.
